How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your ProConnect Customer account and associated personal data, send an email to:

proconnectprovider@gmail.com

Please use the subject: ProConnect Customer Account Deletion Request

Include the email address used to register your ProConnect account so that we can identify the correct account.

Data that will be deleted

After the request is verified, ProConnect will delete or anonymise personal account information where applicable, including:

• Name and contact information
• Customer profile information
• Saved account information
• Personal data associated with the account where deletion is permitted

Data that may be retained

Certain transaction, service, invoice, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Any retained information will only be kept for the period required for those purposes and will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes.

Processing time

Account deletion requests will be reviewed and processed as soon as reasonably possible after identity verification.
